I had mentioned a few months back that J had really large tonsils - found this out when I was zipping her jacket and she started singing very loudly and I had a full shot of these monstrous things in her throat. The ped follewed her and referred us to the ENT. I was so worried that he wouldn't agree that they needed to come out since they weren't obstructing her airway IMO. They were causing major swallowing difficuties however and he agreed - they along with the adenoids need to come out. We've had setbacks with our tube weaning due to the increase in gagging and difficulty swallowing so maybe this will help.

Thanks everyone - we don't have the date yet, have to wait for the pre-approval first. I was told however we are looking at it happening in June. I'll definetly let you all know when it is scheduled to happen.
