Latex - Parent-2-Parent & Reflux in Children

DH has a latex allergy and DS developed one 2 weeks ago. Full blown hives and asthma. So we have now seen the allergist, gotten the paperwork so he has an epi pen at school, picked up the epi pen, practiced with a trainer, etc. Now the school would like a list. I know the obvious since dh is also allergic but I can't find a pre made list to give the school anywhere. I am reduced to making one myself with your help. Anything to add to my list? I'll start with the obvious and some I've learned through experience with dh:
condoms (issue for dh but better be a looong time for ds

)
Balloons
gloves
Koosh Balls
Lacrosse Balls
ACE bandages
Athletic supporters (that was fun)
suture material
some BP cuffs
some stethascopes
band aides that aren't labeled "latex free"
Pink Pearl erasers (just learned that one)
rubber bands
car tires

Here's a link to the Childrens Hospital Boston site that does a good job listing things with latex. Spence has a latex sensitivity but not the full blown anaphylactic allergy.

Myself and Bryn both have latex allergies. Mine is very severe. I can tell within seconds if something has latex b/c I feel like I have the flu...weak, nausea, shakey...not cohert
