My dd goes to school with Haely Vaughn http://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/2010/02/haeley-vaughn-the-colorado-country-crooner/ She went to Junior High where my son goes so it's all very exciting!
what was your favorite?? Mine was the little boy in the dorito's commercial...keep your hands off my momma, and keep your hands off my dorito's.
Saw another great Hallmark Hall of Fame movie. In it is a single mom with a sn daughter......it is called "Fallen Angel". For those who like those plot lines (single mom/sn daughter/second chances)........really good movie! I really like these Hallmark Hall of Fame for good plot lines/well-made movies that are interesting to all ages (not dumbed down or adulted-up) that promote family values. My tween daughter loves them.
This was a good movie. It is a Hallmark Hall of Fame Movie. I would love to tell you what it's about, but on this movie, it is hard without spoiling it. Let's just say, sn daughter, mom, single mom, and hope........ Thought it was pretty good. I usually can't relate to most movies, but I could to this one! Worth asking the library about, or renting! I saw EM this weekend with another mom of a mito kiddo. It was a tear jerker for sure! I know it doesn't have good reviews but it was inspirational and makes me hope for a cure for us soon!
Description: Research shows that spirited kids are wired to be "more"—by temperament, they are more intense, sensitive, perceptive, persistent, and uncomfortable with change than the average child. That is Zoe to a T! Anyone read this? I think I will see if I can get it from the library. http://www.amazon.com/Raising-Your-Spirited-Child-Rev/dp/0060739665/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1264995614&sr=1-1
My daughter loved "While you were sleeping".....and "The Lake House". I am trying to find other family friendly "romantic" movies. Ones that are definitely PG, everyone stays dressed, and is appropriate for a family. Any ideas? Thanks!
We do not have cable, but I have been borrowing movies from the Library. When we used to have Netflix I got all seasons of Gilmore Girls. I recently got all seasons of House,MD from the library. Right now I have Cake Boss. I like watching these when I exersize on the elliptical at home, and after the kids go to bed. But since we haven't had cable for YEARS I don't know what to search for at the library. What are some series's that you like? I like some reality tv- like Hell's...
So WHO do you think is going to win the games today and go to the Super Bowl in 2 weeks??
Now that there have been 2 shows on, what did you think of everyone so far? Who do you like? Who was crazy? Who was creepy? Who was hysterical?? Let's dish...
What are you watching on tv this evening?
I have tried everything I can think of. It used to record it but now it won't! I even deleted the old series recording and made a new one. It is #1 in priorities so it can't be because something else is recording. Plus I see it is on and not recording sometimes...I tried manually recording it and then making that into a series recording but it only would record the one I manually recorded. Grrr! It's Zoe's fav show and Jackson likes it too.:frustrated2:
Are you watching AI tonight? Watching this season?
I went with my girlfriend to see this movie over the weekend and really enjoyed it! I know it's rated PG 13, but I didn't see anything that my girls could not handle. They have watched Narnia and Harry Potter (the first couple-- not the later ones). The only thing I saw that was objectionable was the use of certain profanities-- but my girls can handle that-- we've talked about bad words and I don't think they will be corrupted by them LOL! The battle scenes were tastefully done, no blood or...
What do you think? I think that I like this better on her. I can not imagine sitting for 20 hours to have my hair done though. http://stylenews.peoplestylewatch.com/2010/01/06/all-the-details-of-kate-gosselins-20-hour-hair-makeover/
